Tip for the replug the device message

Just received this today and tried it out...it worked great earlier, but when hubby tried it tonight, we kept getting the replug the device message. We opened the battery spot, took the batteries out and put the back in and it works now. Just in case anyone else reads this review for the same reason we were here. Try that out if you get that message too! Im giving it 5 stars just because Im being optimistic. :)
